It’s holiday season and we’re celebrating the arrival of a new year. It’s impossible not to think about the good moments we lived during this 2018: new partnerships, company growth, and more. We feel very proud of these achievements and this is the reason why I’d love to share them with you.

April: The Month of Awards

From left to right: Ana Belén, Astrid, and Zayra. During this month our team received some very surprising news. German magazine ‘Latin America News’ granted us the title and award of ‘Best Technical Translations Company 2018′. An anonymous customer entered us into their “Mexican Business Excellence Awards 2018’. We can’t avoid feeling grateful toward our clients for considering our work’s quality to be of the highest standards.

May: Trainings and Workshops

During May, Traduality got involved with education for the first time. We collaborated with the School of Philosophy and Arts at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Mexico to enhance their translation major. We also gave our first training for translation students and professionals on May. What we initially expected to be a very small audience event turned out into a training with over 60 assistants. Thanks to the acceptance of our first training we are planning on introducing more education related events on 2019.

September: Reaching New Horizons

We opened our first office in the United States on September. It’s located in Wilmington, Delaware and it has already allowed us to reach out a new market, and grow even more.

October: Strategic Alliances

We can’t leave our partnership with Smartcat out of the list. This online platform for translators and agencies eases our production process, logistics, and payment process. The objective of this partnership is to optimize and enhance Traduality’s service flow to its clients and offering a better workflow and payment options to its linguistic contractors.

On a sidenote, a new colleague joined our team during October. Norma, our fourth in-house translator represents significant growth for Traduality.

December: A New Home

We moved our Mexico offices to a new location on December. A new three-story building, which will allow us to offer better attention and services to those clients visiting us as well as a more comfortable and bigger working space for our employees.

This is how we end 2018. Significant growth, achievements, and even more growth opportunities. As well as new goals and great willingness to continue growing. Finally, I would like to make use of this article to thank all of our work colleagues, clients, and partners for spending one more year alongside us and for being part of our Traduality Family.

Traduality is currently transitioning from an email service to an online translation marketplace. To learn more, book a meeting with us or create an account to get started with the platform!
