BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (July 5, 2022) – Traduality (www.traduality.com), a translation company building a translation services marketplace, announced today that it has received a $80,000 investment from Indianapolis-based Elevate Ventures.

Traduality’s marketplace helps organizations and individuals get over 20 different translation-related services from vetted professional translators, empowering freelance translators to effectively promote and sell their services in an industry taken over by middleman translation agencies.

The investment comes as a result of Traduality winning Elevate Ventures’ Southern Indiana Nexus Regional Seed Pitch Competition. To qualify for a seed competition, companies are required to validate the value proposition and develop levers to define how the business will scale if they receive venture funding.

“Elevate Ventures has been a pillar of support as we build Traduality’s Marketplace,” said Diego Achio, CEO of Traduality. “This investment will provide a solid foundation as we develop the 1.0 version of Traduality’s Marketplace and prepare the grounds for a successful launch. The translation industry has been broken for too many years to count; our marketplace will be the go-to place for customers and freelance translators to increase their business opportunities without middleman agencies overcharging customers and underpaying translators.”

Elevate Ventures is a private venture development organization assisting high-growth startups and early-stage companies expand into high-performing, Indiana-based companies. Elevate has invested over $135 million in more than 465 companies through its various programs.
