Why Traduality

Built for members, not for words

Every fix credit unions have today — free phone apps, language lines, an unqualified relative... Treats the member as a problem to route around. Traduality is different: a platform built around the member experience itself.

Left: a cold, gray scene of an employee holding a phone app toward a member. Right: the same counter, warm, with the two people in direct conversation

What do members get today?

Each of today's options solves the words and breaks the experience.

Free phone apps

A robotic voice, generic vocabulary, and two people staring at a screen instead of each other. Fine for ordering coffee — not for a mortgage application.

Language lines

A 10-minute hold, a stranger summarizing what members are trying to convey — and no relationship left when the call ends.

Limited bilingual staff

Members waiting for one person's schedule, and that person often carries a second unpaid job. It doesn't scale, and it burns out your best people.

Family on demand

Children handling their parents' finances. Privacy is gone, dignity takes a hit, and the member never builds their own relationship with you.

What makes Traduality different?

Everyone else focuses on the words. Traduality manages the entire member experience — conversations are just two components of the platform, alongside your content, your member insight, and your growth strategy.

Free apps

The member talks to a screen. A robotic voice, generic vocabulary, no wait but no warmth — and you learn nothing afterward.

Language lines

A stranger relays the member's finances after 10+ minutes on hold. Product knowledge depends on whoever picks up — and all you get afterward is a per-minute invoice.

Traduality

Your employee and the member, instantly, in a warm natural voice tuned to your terminology — from "overdraft fee" to "skip-a-pay." Plus marketing, financial literacy, and legal content in every member's language, usage and feedback by branch, channel, and quarter — and a strategy for growing membership in the communities you care about.

One platform, built around the member

Your employees stay at the center

In the branch, on the phone, and in your content, the relationship stays between your people and your members — the platform works behind them, not between them.

Personalized to your credit union

Traduality's Fire Lingo AI carries your products, terminology, and tone into every conversation and file — members hear their credit union, not a generic app.

Every touchpoint, one standard

Teller line, lending, contact center, marketing, disclosures — one platform holds the member experience consistent everywhere.

Measured, so you can lead it

The Dashboard turns every session into strategy — where multicultural members show up, what they need, and how the experience is landing.

Common questions

Questions credit unions ask about Traduality

Is Traduality a translation service?
No, and this is the key distinction: Traduality is a multicultural member experience platform, not a translation service. Serving members in their own language, at the branch, on the phone, and in what you publish, is only one layer. Traduality also captures what happens in those interactions: member feedback, the topics members come in for, which languages and communities you serve, and how members feel. That gives leadership the intelligence to improve member experience and grow multicultural membership. Language is the enabler; the product is member experience.
What is Fire Lingo?
Fire Lingo is the AI at the core of Traduality. In the moment, it lets your employee serve a member in the member's own language, at the branch, on the phone, and in what you publish. It also turns each interaction into structured data, the languages, topics, and sentiment behind them, so Traduality can give your team and your leadership a clear picture of your multicultural membership, not just a translated conversation.
How does Traduality work across the credit union?
Through four connected components. Three deliver the experience: Face-to-Face at the branch, Contact Center on the phone, and Cloud for the content and disclosures you publish. The fourth, Dashboard, turns those interactions into intelligence: which communities you serve, what they come in for, how they feel, and where your next members are, broken down by branch, channel, and language.
Can Fire Lingo handle complex conversations like mortgages or disputes?
Yes. It is built for real member conversations, including mortgages, fee disputes, and account advice, not just simple exchanges.
Is Traduality secure and compliant for a credit union?
Yes. Calls and transcripts are recorded, belong to your credit union, and are retained under your own policies. The insights Traduality produces from them are yours as well. Your data never trains generic AI models, and practices are aligned with GLBA and NCUA expectations.
Does Traduality replace our bilingual employees?
No, it complements them. Traduality is built to work alongside your team, not replace it. If you have few or no bilingual staff, it closes the gap without the cost and hiring effort of building a multilingual team. If you already have bilingual employees, it fills in the rest: your English-only staff can serve anyone, and your bilingual staff can serve members who speak languages they do not. Either way, your own people stay the ones building the relationship.
Which languages does Traduality support?
The languages your communities actually speak, including Spanish, Haitian Creole, Swahili, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean, French, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Somali, among others.
