From October through December 2026, Fire Lingo is getting its biggest update since launch. Fire Lingo Face-to-Face, the Multicultural Member Experience (MMX) Dashboard, and Fire Lingo Cloud are all getting a new look and new capabilities, and almost every change started as an idea from the people who use Fire Lingo every day: tellers, branch managers, and credit union leaders.
Here’s what’s coming.
Fire Lingo Face-to-Face: a new experience at the teller line
We rebuilt the Fire Lingo Face-to-Face interface from scratch, guided by feedback from tellers and branch managers at our partner credit unions. The result feels less like a device and more like a service kiosk that belongs to your credit union.
Members lead the way. A member can walk up to the teller line, tap their language, and go straight to the familiar big circle, where the member and your team member take turns talking. As soon as a language is selected, the member’s side of the screen switches to that language and shows a short guide on how to use the circle. The panel on the right stays in English for your team.
The conversation works just like before. Tap, speak, and Fire Lingo listens and delivers the message in the member’s language. Nothing new for your team to learn.
The conversation transcript is right there on screen. It no longer sits in a pop-up buried in settings. It now appears on the main screen, in both the member’s language and English, so team members can easily double check information.
Feedback happens in the moment. When your team member taps Finish serving member, Fire Lingo opens a short feedback screen that either the employee or the member can fill out: two quick yes/no questions and a simple rating of the overall experience at your credit union. After they tap Send, the tablet goes back to standby, ready for the next member.
More languages. By the end of the year, partners will see eight new languages, all of them requested by credit unions we work with: Portuguese (Portugal), Arabic (MSA), Vietnamese (Southern), Dari (Kabuli), Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, and Somali.
Promotions that make visits memorable. Credit unions can now run promotions right on the tablet. For example, members can spin a wheel for a chance to win a $25 gift card or another prize. Partners piloting this feature found it especially useful at cultural community events like Hispanic Heritage Month, where the goal is to catch the attention of potential members and give them an interaction they’ll remember. This feature is hidden by design, talk to your Traduality point of contact whenever you want to run a promotion.
The Multicultural Member Experience Dashboard: your command center
The MMX Dashboard is getting a full redesign as well. Its job is changing too: instead of just showing data, it now helps leaders understand how their multicultural member experience efforts are performing and where to improve.
Fully branded. The dashboard now carries your credit union’s branding.
Flexible views. Switch between weekly and annual views, and filter by all locations and users or focus on specific branches and team members.
Deeper insights. Drill further into the data to support strategic decisions about serving multicultural communities.
Feedback and topics, together. A new section connects directly to the Fire Lingo Face-to-Face feedback screen, turning what members and employees share into clear, visual insights. Conversation topics are still available and are now ranked by how often members ask about specific products and services, which is a strong signal for where demand is.
Visibility into Fire Lingo Cloud projects. Leaders can still see the content that departments like marketing and community outreach create through Fire Lingo Cloud, and how often, so they understand how the organization is reaching multicultural communities.
Resources in one place. Standing signs, onboarding videos, and the Fire Lingo Brain are now easier to find. So are your points of contact at Traduality and the people in your organization involved in the partnership.
A new way to sign in
After the update, the Sign in button on our website will take you to the MMX Dashboard’s new sign-in page instead of Fire Lingo Cloud. Access now requires a username and password, and each credit union can name one or more admins to invite and manage users.
Inside the dashboard, a new Member Experience Tools section gives you access to Fire Lingo Cloud and a new option to request conversation recordings for quality assurance.
Think of the MMX Dashboard as your command center: the place to plan your member experience and membership growth strategy, and the single entry point to Fire Lingo Cloud, QA recordings, and every future Fire Lingo feature.
Built with our partners
None of this would have been possible without our credit union partners: their support, their trust, and the ideas and suggestions their team members shared with us along the way. Thank you for helping us make Traduality and Fire Lingo better for the members you serve.
