Why we built it
Traduality started in Bloomington, Indiana, with a simple observation: when a member walks into a branch and can't speak with the people there, everything else — the products, the rates, the mission stops mattering. The member gets a workaround instead of a relationship.
We built and continue building this product with the help of our credit union partners, so team members could serve those members themselves: personally, in the moment, in the member's own language. But a great member experience isn't one conversation. It's every touchpoint, every quarter, for every community in your field of membership, so we build it with data intelligence in mind.
Today Traduality is a registered CUSO serving credit unions and community institutions across the country.
